Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Alexander Shlemenko (ranked 3217 p4p, 331 weight class) and Iron Dong Pao (ranked 3130 p4p, 323 weight class). Shlemenko comes to the cage accompanied by Omarion Ft. Chris Brown & Jhene Aiko - Post To Be. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 22 - 18 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Alexander Shlemenko!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 8 - 8 - 0, fighting out of New York, Iron Dong Pao!
The judges for this bout are Roger Salmon, Jeff Smith and Paul Gruel.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pao misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
As Pao tries to get set, Shlemenko tries to push him back and clinch up but Pao manages to avoid the attempt.

Pao shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard.

Shlemenko is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Pao pulls his head out easily.
Pao lands with a punch from half guard.
Pao is nestled in close to Shlemenko, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.
Shlemenko tries to get to full guard but Pao has control of the leg.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Pao wants to stand but Shlemenko has a closed guard, so he can't escape.
Pao content to strike from guard, landing some decent shots.
Pao chips away with some ground and pound.
Pao throws a big right hand that misses.

Shlemenko wants to sweep here but Pao controlling him for the moment.

Pao loads up on a big left hand. Shlemenko felt that one! He's just covering up now, not defending himself intelligently - Pao looks towards the ref and unloads with 3 more big shots and the ref has no choice but to stop the fight! Shlemenko can't hide his disappointment, as Pao celebrates the victory.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:57 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Iron Dong Pao!
In his post fight interview, Iron Dong Pao started talking himself up. Luckily his charisma kept the crowd on side and gave him a good reception.
Alexander Shlemenko was interviewed post fight and said 'Oh sh#t!!!'.
