The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rose shoots in and gets a takedown into Master Fox's guard.
Master Fox looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!

Rose slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard.
Rose slips effortlessly into side control - very nice.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Master Fox tries to lock up and control but Rose gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.

Rose has hold of Master Fox's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Master Fox manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.
