Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Simon Udovich (ranked 2018 p4p, 87 weight class) and Brandon Bowen (ranked 2594 p4p, 113 weight class). Udovich comes into the arena with Godzilla Remix blaring out of the sound system. Bowen is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by JPATTERSSON - Like A Hippo. Udovich blocks a jab.
Udovich wants to take advantage of his opponent's missed offense by moving into the clinch.
We've been informed that Bowen has been sparring a lot of Muay Thai in the buildup to this fight so let's see if that has an impact on the result.
Udovich cracks Bowen with a big right hand that sends him to the floor! Bowen looks wobbly but he's sprung back up to his feet straight away… can Udovich finish him?
It looks like Brandon Bowen has been cut.
Udovich ducks under a wild hook from Bowen.
Bowen throws an overhand right that lands on Udovich's shoulder, as Udovich tries to avoid the shot.
