Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Carlos Conduit (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bruno Torquato (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Torquato is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by D'azoo At Night - Feel That Fucking Groove. Bruno Torquato will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Conduit misses with the combination.
Torquato slips a jab from Conduit.
Torquato fails with an attempt to clinch.
Conduit tries a head kick but it misses.
Conduit throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Torquato.
Conduit misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Torquato.
Conduit misses with a kick to the body.
Nice takedown defense from Conduit. No joy for Torquato on that attempt.
Conduit throws a leg kick but Torquato sees it coming and checks it nicely.
Conduit misses with a jab, cross combination.
Torquato shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Conduit as he avoids it easily.

Conduit pulls out of a head kick attempt.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Conduit throws a right hand that Torquato ducks under and follows up with a left that Torquato also avoids with ease.

Torquato throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Conduit's waist but Conduit gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Torquato off to one side.

Conduit tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Conduit just misses with a punch to the body.

Torquato closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.

Torquato wants to pass to mount but Conduit is defending the position.
Conduit looks like he's trying to stand up.
Conduit pushes Torquato off but Torquato dives into side control.
Conduit is looking to work his way out of this bad position but Torquato is controlling him well.

Conduit throws Torquato to one side and escapes!
Conduit is breathing heavily.
Torquato takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Torquato.

Conduit is trying to get back to his feet but he's not managed it yet.
Torquato wants to control but Conduit is keeping busy.

Torquato is working for the rear naked choke. He has one arm under the chin but Conduit has hold of the other arm. A bit of a stalemate here.

Torquato has the hooks sunk in and you can see the will to fight slowly draining out of Conduit's body.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

That's time! Conduit's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.

Torquato shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Conduit as he jumps to the side.
Carlos Conduit is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
Conduit throws a sloppy head kick and Torquato moves out of range easily.

Torquato shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Conduit's guard.

Torquato won't allow Conduit to get back to his feet.
Conduit trying desperately to get back to his feet here but he's not having any joy at all. He's going to tire himself out if he's not careful.
Conduit wants to get back to his feet but he's too absorbed in his own little project and Torquato manages to pass to side control.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Conduit is trying to stand up here but Torquato is controlling him well.

Conduit tries to kick Torquato off but Torquato keeps his base steady and stays in half guard.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.

Torquato shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Torquato was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!

Torquato has hold of Conduit's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Conduit manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.
Conduit has given up his back, trying to stand up. Not clever.

Torquato is looking cool and calm here, just waiting for a good opportunity to attack and finish the fight from this dominant position.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!
Conduit is trying to stand back up.

Bruno Torquato showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business. This is the final round!

Torquato darts in and clinches Conduit up against the cage.
Conduit wants to break the clinch but can't.
A real battle for position is taking place between these two warriors.
Torquato has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Conduit is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.
Conduit wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.

Torquato pulls Conduit into guard.
Conduit tries to stand but Torquato is controlling from the bottom.

Conduit stands and steps away. Torquato gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game.

Excellent takedown into side control there by Torquato.

Conduit is pushing Torquato's head away, looking to escape. Torquato manages to hold on to the position though.

Torquato is staying tight to Conduit's torso, preventing him from escaping.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
Torquato wants to control but Conduit is keeping him busy.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.
No luck for Torquato with that takedown attempt.
Torquato shoots in but no luck this time.
Carlos Conduit has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Bruno Torquato.
Conduit bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Torquato's head.
Conduit throws a sloppy head kick and Torquato moves out of range easily.
