PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Tommaso Carsara (ranked 3854 p4p, 405 weight class) and Simba Moso (ranked 3676 p4p, 386 weight class). Moso has chosen The Lion Sleeps Tonight as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Tommaso Carsara has a significant reach advantage - let's see if he can make it count.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A looping hook to the body misses from Moso. Carsara does a little dance to reset his feet.
Carsara throws a counter high kick but Moso was just alert enough to avoid it.

and he gets countered with a snapping leg kick.
Carsara moves to clinch but Moso breaks away
and Moso counters with a good, hard body kick but Carsara shrugs it off.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Moso is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot.

We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.

This is turning into a torrid day at the office for Carsara. He's trying desperately to land a takedown but he's failing miserably and getting slapped silly on the feet to compound his misery.

Well Moso has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
