Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Damiao Marcos (ranked 566 p4p, 60 weight class) and Eric Draven (ranked 780 p4p, 96 weight class). Draven has chosen For Heavy Metal we will die! as his entrance music. Buckle up people - heeeeeeeeeere we go!

The judges for this bout are Dean Styles, Reed Andrews and Franklyn Lucas.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Draven looks to score with a jab to the body but Marcos is just out of range.
Marcos keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Draven.
Marcos forces Draven back against the cage and clinches.
Marcos struggles to land a body shot inside as Draven controls his hands.
Draven breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Marcos throws a solid leg kick but Draven takes the impact on his shin and smiles at Marcos.

Marcos gets control of Draven's arms and successfully pulls guard. Marcos will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back.
Draven stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Marcos swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Marcos has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Draven can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

That was a close second round but I would say that Damiao Marcos will probably get the nod.

Marcos lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.

Marcos tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Marcos has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!

Well I reckon that's a shut out for Marcos, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
