Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Bkekimpilo Sotobe (ranked 3031 p4p, 337 weight class) and Aarni Immonen (ranked 3786 p4p, 402 weight class). Aarni Immonen is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sotobe scores with a jab.
Sotobe moves into range and throws a lovely three punch combination.
Sotobe catches Immonen with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong!

Sotobe looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Immonen is definitely looking for the counter takedowns here.
Immonen looks to land a right hand but Sotobe moved out of range.
Immonen has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.

Immonen is trying hard to land a takedown here. Sotobe sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.
Good leg kick by Sotobe there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Immonen drops back looking for a leg! Sotobe is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Sotobe manages to kick Immonen off! Immonen jumps back into Sotobe's guard.

Sotobe has a closed guard, preventing anything of note from happening. Perhaps he's looking to stall.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

Sotobe has improved his flexibility recently so we will have to see if he can use that to his advantage.

Immonen drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Sotobe dives on top into guard.

Immonen working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Sotobe doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Sotobe manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

Immonen escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Sotobe gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
Immonen is looking for a triangle but Sotobe pushes his legs off easily.

Sotobe is trying to tuck his arms in to keep them safe but Immonen has managed to isolate one of them and has got a loose triangle. Sotobe is looking to defend but Immonen has done well to lock his legs together - this could be big trouble for Sotobe! Immonen pulls down on the head and a little smile comes across his face - he knows he's got it. Yep, Sotobe taps out and this one is all over!
