The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nice sprawl there from Mayweather as Truck shoots in.
Mayweather is looking for a counter combo.
Mayweather really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Truck misses with a double jab
and Mayweather connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Truck moves into the clinch.
Both fighters working to control the clinch.
Truck wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Mayweather has him pressed against the cage.
Mayweather breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Truck fails with the takedown
and Mayweather counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Truck tries to clinch up
and Mayweather cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Mack Truck seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Truck has his takedown stuffed
and Mayweather counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Truck thinking.
Floyd Mayweather has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Mack Truck.
Truck misses with a takedown
and Mayweather counters with a left and a right that stings Truck.
Truck shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Mayweather counters with a series of strikes that really hurt Truck! The ref looks into his eyes and sees nobody home - he's called the fight! This one is all over!
