Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Capelli King (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and joel silva (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Man, I cannot wait for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Capelli King!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, joel silva!
The judges for this bout are Wesley Smith, Gwen Towbar and Chris Downing.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

King bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
King in side control lands a nice looking series of punches and elbows.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
King grinds an elbow into silva's temple.
silva is sneaking out the side here. He's bucked King off and has taken his back!
King manages to reverse the position and now he's in silva's guard. Nice work there by King.
King seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.
King stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. silva swivels though and keeps the full guard.
King working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, King cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!
silva tries to reverse the position but King maintains control.

King gets to his feet and calls his opponent to stand. Here come the fireworks!
King changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. silva tries to avoid it but King manages to keep hold of a leg and drag silva to the ground. silva escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
King fails to land the takedown.

King clinches up against the cage.

silva can't break the clinch.
silva is trying to work for a single leg takedown but King pulls him back up using the underhooks.

King has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics silva uses from the top position.
King has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.

silva feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
