Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Gale Mcfadden (ranked 5256 p4p, 0 weight class) and Wladamir Lobov (ranked 5669 p4p, 0 weight class). Lobov comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Eminem - sing for the moment kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Wladamir Lobov has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The judges for this bout are Valeri Chadov, Dmitry Maklakov and Ivan Kurochkin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lobov shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Mcfadden manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Lobov is working Mcfadden over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes.
Mcfadden is trying to keep Lobov in close.
Lobov is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.
Mcfadden could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
Lobov postures up and scores with a shot to the body and a follow up elbow to the head.

Lobov must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.

A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Lobov accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

Mcfadden wants to control the position but Lobov says "no thanks buddy" and passes to half guard.
Lobov lands a big elbow from half guard. That looks like it's hurt Mcfadden quite badly. Mcfadden pulls Lobov in close trying to recover. Lobov postures up and lands two really hard shots that put Mcfadden on queer street! The ref takes a look and decides to call an end to the fight! Possibly an early stoppage but Mcfadden doesn't seem to be complaining too much.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:55 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Wladamir Lobov!
A relieved looking Wladamir Lobov thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
