Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Irwin Owens (ranked 25376 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ludwig Borga (ranked 5322 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Owens fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Borga manages to avoid it.
Borga gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily
and Owens counters by moving into the clinch.
Borga misses with a knee strike.
Owens jumps guard but Borga turns him against the cage and keeps the fight standing.
Owens is pressed up against the cage. Borga has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Owens down to the mat. Owens avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Borga throws a left jab followed by a right to the body, Oh Owens colapses and takes a barrage of punches from Borga as he moves to mount! the ref stops the fight and Owens is left battered and dazed whilst Borga and his camp cheer!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:49 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Ludwig Borga!
