Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Shane MacGowan (ranked 476 p4p, 19 weight class) and Jargon Gin (ranked 1501 p4p, 52 weight class). MacGowan's entrance music is The Pogues - Streams of Whiskey. A fine choice. On his way into the cage it seems that Shane MacGowan has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Shane MacGowan seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
12 - 3 - 1, fighting out of Amsterdam, Shane MacGowan!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
5 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Jargon Gin!
The judges for this bout are Valeri Chadov, Sergei Dronov and Viktor Lagutenko.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
MacGowan tries to score a power double leg takedown but Gin sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten MacGowan somewhat.
Gin lets it all go there with a big combo counter but none of the punches connected.
Shane MacGowan seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Gin tries to clinch there but MacGowan circles away.
Gin scores with a jab to the jaw of his opponent.
Gin cracks MacGowan with a right hand to the side of the head.
MacGowan shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Gin's guard.
Gin pushes MacGowan off and scrambles back to his feet.
MacGowan shoots in but no luck this time.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
MacGowan looking for a takedown here - he's got it.
MacGowan working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage.
Gin really doesn't want to stay on the ground with MacGowan. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Gin wants to stand but MacGowan is controlling the position.
MacGowan trying to control the position from guard on top but Gin is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
That's one minute gone in the round.
MacGowan stops Gin from standing up.
MacGowan pushes down on Gin's leg and manages to get into half guard.
MacGowan trying to pass the guard but Gin defending well.
Gin looks like he's trying to stand up.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
MacGowan frees up his trapped foot and advances to mount.
MacGowan cracks Gin with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.

Gin squirming around on the bottom, looking to escape.
The referee warns Gin that he has to improve his position here as he takes two more clean shots to the head.
Gin is rocked!
A big strike lands for MacGowan! That's really hurt Gin and he's turned his back - MacGowan keeps firing away and the ref dives in to stop the fight! MacGowan jumps to his feet to celebrate the victory!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:57 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Shane MacGowan!
An out of breath Shane MacGowan thanked his loyal fans in his post fight interview, giving them credit for his success over the course of his career.
