Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Anton Malina (ranked 24407 p4p, 0 weight class) and Prince Andrey (ranked 8182 p4p, 0 weight class). Andrey has chosen King of the ring as his entrance music. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Malina tries for a takedown but Andrey sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Malina tries to close the distance and clinch but Andrey swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Andrey stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Andrey wants it to stay on the feet.
Malina misses with a body kick.

Andrey stands up and beckons Malina to his feet.
Malina tries to close the distance and clinch up but Andrey swats him away and circles back towards the center.

Despite the aggression on Andrey's face he doesn't fully commit to the counter.

The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!

Malina gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Andrey to score an easy takedown into full guard.

Andrey looks up at the clock and then as Malina takes his cue and looks up at the clock too, Andrey smacks him right in the chops with a big elbow! How rude!

The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Andrey connects with a nice short shot to Malina's temple.

Malina moves in looking to clinch but Andrey pushes him off.

As Malina backs off Andrey throws a huge counter combo but Malina manages to avoid it all.

A momentary lapse in concentration from Malina enables Andrey to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Malina manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.
Andrey not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.
Andrey is continuing to stall.

Let's hope that Andrey has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.

Malina has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Andrey can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.
Malina shoots in for a takedown but Andrey shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
Malina dives in and grabs Andrey's left leg, looking for a takedown. Andrey pushes down on Malina's head and hops out.
Malina sets himself, and Andrey steps forward looking for the clinch! Malina avoids it this time.
Andrey shoots for a double leg takedown but Malina sprawls well. He's pushed Andrey's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
