Coming up we have a super heavyweight kickboxing rules bout between Donsone Perfect (ranked 19922 p4p, 112 weight class) and Boobie Miles Iii (ranked 18296 p4p, 104 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A slow jab from Miles Iii misses its intended target.
Perfect stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Miles Iii.
Perfect fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Miles Iii.
Perfect lands an overhand right.
Miles Iii takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.
Miles Iii avoids the head kick by Perfect.
Perfect uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Miles Iii.
Miles Iii misses with a straight right.
Perfect connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Miles Iii's hands.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Perfect dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Miles Iii. That did some damage!

Perfect's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Miles Iii connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Perfect scrambles back to his feet.

Miles Iii throws a right and a left that both miss.
Miles Iii throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Perfect counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.
Boobie Miles Iii seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Perfect throws a body kick that misses.

Perfect moves into range and clinches up with Miles Iii.
Miles Iii throws a punch but it's blocked by Perfect.

Miles Iii has his opponent in a tight Thai clinch and unloads with a massive knee that drops Perfect to the canvas! Can Perfect beat the count? 3,4,5,6 and he's up... is he? Yes, he's up! The referee is taking a long look at him and he's going to allow it to continue!

It looks like Donsone Perfect has been cut.
Miles Iii throws a series of punches but Perfect avoids them all with ease.
Miles Iii throws a solid leg kick but Perfect takes the impact on his shin and smiles at Miles Iii.
The crowd applaud the fighters' efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Miles Iii misses the shot to the body.
Perfect throws a counter high kick but Miles Iii was just alert enough to avoid it.
Perfect on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere.
Miles Iii has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Perfect.

Having scored a knockdown, Boobie Miles Iii should take round 1, putting pressure on his opponene back strong in round 2.

OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.

Perfect connects with a solid leg kick.
Miles Iii takes a kick to the side of the head.
Miles Iii tries to clinch but Perfect moves out of range.
Miles Iii misses with a straight left.
Miles Iii looks to throw a body kick
and Perfect counters with a nice kick to the body.
Miles Iii throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Perfect wants to take advantage of his opponent's missed offense by moving into the clinch.
Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Miles Iii lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Perfect has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Perfect and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.

A little feinted left hand from Perfect on the counter but he doesn't commit to it.

Perfect throws a nice outside leg kick.
Miles Iii tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Perfect manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Miles Iii misses with the combination.

Miles Iii swings away with a counter right hand but no contact made.
Miles Iii's leg has a nasty welt from taking a succession of leg kicks. That must be slowing him down.
Miles Iii on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.
Perfect takes one on the chin but keeps coming.
Miles Iii sizes up Perfect with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.

Perfect is rocked!
Perfect walks straight into a perfectly timed right hook, crumpling him to the floor! Perfect is in all kinds of trouble here - can he beat the count? 3,4,5,6,7,8,9....10 - he's out and it's by a long way too - he didn't ever look like beating that count!
