The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Romo fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Tanner manages to avoid it.
Tanner looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Tanner keeps his opponent at a distance with a nice jab.
A clash of legs there as Romo blocks the low kick.
Romo looks to land a right hand but Tanner moved out of range.
Tanner loads up on a big right hand but Romo slips the punch.
Tanner lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Tanner.
Tanner lands with a hook. Romo tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.

Romo is rocked!
A low kick from Romo is predictable there
and Tanner counters with a right hand to the body.
Romo chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Tanner can pounce on him.
Romo misses with a body kick.
Tanner takes a swing at Romo's ribcage but misses.
Romo has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.
Tanner avoids the head kick by Romo.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
The sound of bone on bone echoes around the arena as Romo checks a leg kick.

Romo clobbers Tanner with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.
Romo is looking to chop away at Tanner's legs.
Romo is wiping some vaseline out of his eye. Tanner doesn't give a rats ass about fair play and cracks him with a massive hook to the side of the head! Romo crumples to the floor out cold! The cornerman is going to be in Romo's bad books for that mishap!
