Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Gabriel Skrarski (ranked 567 p4p, 33 weight class) and Hellas Pankratios (ranked 1186 p4p, 67 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 11 - 9 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Gabriel Skrarski!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 7 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Hellas Pankratios!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Skrarski uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Pankratios has time to react.
Skrarski fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Pankratios manages to avoid it.
Skrarski shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Pankratios sprawls well. Pankratios wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Skrarski gets slowly back to his feet.

Pankratios throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Skrarski was covering up waiting for the punch and Pankratios finishes the takedown easily into guard.

Pankratios has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Skrarski can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

Pankratios is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Skrarski defends well.

Pankratios is looking for the choke from the back position but Skrarski is controlling his hands well.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Skrarski really must keep his cool here. He's controlling one of Pankratios's hands and whilst he does that, he's got a chance of escaping the position.

Pankratios seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.

Skrarski got a little sloppy there for a moment and Pankratios has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Skrarski has managed to get both his arms back between Pankratios's legs - danger averted.

Hellas Pankratios showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action! So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.


Pankratios stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Pankratios wants it to stay on the feet.

Skrarski throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Pankratios on the side of the head.

Pankratios looks to be working for a triangle here. Oh, it looks like he might have it! Skrarski has picked Pankratios up and slammed him! Pankratios can't keep hold of the triangle and Skrarski manages to pass to side control!

Hellas Pankratios comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
Well Pankratios has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
