Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Marcinho Sitsongrit (ranked 361 p4p, 41 weight class) and Gennady Golovkin (ranked 871 p4p, 107 weight class). Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. Keep your eyes on the prize buddy or you'll miss the fighter intros!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Sitsongrit gets a clinch.

Sitsongrit tried to land a shot to the body but connects with Golovkin's elbow.

Golovkin blocks an uppercut.

Sitsongrit has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Golovkin is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.
We've been hearing reports that Sitsongrit has been drilling takedowns in recent sessions so let's see if that has an impact on the result of this fight.

Golovkin throws a punch but it's blocked by Sitsongrit.

Sitsongrit ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Golovkin moves away.
Sitsongrit moves forwards but Golovkin connects with a nice, crisp jab.

and Sitsongrit counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Sitsongrit.
Golovkin looking to hit a scissor sweep but Sitsongrit is one step ahead there.
Sitsongrit stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Golovkin swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Golovkin looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
Sitsongrit is fighting to break Golovkin's control of his arms but Golovkin is doing a good job of controlling the position at the moment.
Sitsongrit slips nicely into half guard.

Golovkin is looking to control Sitsongrit's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Golovkin avoid being mounted?

Sitsongrit has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Sitsongrit wants to lay and pray for a moment but Golovkin keeps working.

Golovkin is wriggling around trying to escape.

Golovkin reaches up and pulls Sitsongrit towards him, trying to control the position. Sitsongrit manages to get a guillotine from the mount though! This could be big trouble for Golovkin! Golovkin tries to roll over - now Sitsongrit is on the bottom but the guillotine is really deep and Golovkin has to tap out! Great work there by Sitsongrit!

Marcinho Sitsongrit tried to hype himself up post fight but didn't word it too well and it ended up with him sounding like a bit of a tool.
