The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Titan has managed to clinch.

Titan pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Lynch avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Lynch tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Titan defends well and Lynch ends up having to push Titan into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.
Titan shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Lynch defends it nicely.

Titan scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Lynch wants to control but Titan is keeping busy and won't allow it.
Lynch moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard.
Lynch looking to hit a scissor sweep but Titan is one step ahead there.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Lynch is trying to control the position from the bottom.

Titan connects with a couple of short punches.

Lynch really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

Titan is looking to stand up but Lynch won't let him.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Titan won't allow Lynch to sweep him here.
Titan is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.
Titan is fighting to break Lynch's control of his arms but Lynch is doing a good job of controlling the position at the moment.

The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet.
Jonny Titan seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Titan darts in looking for a takedown but Lynch gets double underhooks and turns Titan into the cage.
Lynch tries to counter by clinching up but Titan breaks away and moves out of range.
