The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Johk throws a big shot that misses.
A slow jab from Alvarado misses its intended target.
Johk throws a solid leg kick but Alvarado takes the impact on his shin and smiles at Johk.
Alvarado swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Johk tries to clinch but Alvarado moves out of range.
Alvarado throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Johk misses with a head kick.
Alvarado connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.

Alvarado drives through and clinches with Johk against the cage.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Johk is trying to break free.
Alvarado lands a right uppercut that snaps the head of Johk backwards.

Alvarado creates a bit of space for himself and rocks Johk with a big uppercut! Johk tries to clinch up but Alvarado pushes him back against the cage and lands another monster strike that crumples Johk to the mat! Johk covers up and Alvarado unloads with more strikes until the referee steps in to end the bout!
