The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Moore displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Bandai.
Bandai darts in looking for a takedown but Moore gets double underhooks and turns Bandai into the cage.
Bandai shoots in but no luck this time.
Moore lifts his leg as if looking to counter with a high kick.

Bandai changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Moore looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.

Bandai slows the pace down here. Having a little breather whilst he's in a dominant position, looking to rest and regain some energy, ready to go for the finish.
Let's hope that Bandai has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

Bandai drops back looking for a leg! Moore is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Moore manages to kick Bandai off! Bandai jumps back into Moore's guard.

Bandai is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.

The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet.

Bandai rushes Moore and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.

Moore is fighting off a takedown attempt but Bandai is just too persistent for him and manages to trip Moore to the mat. Moore regains guard as soon as the fighters hit the mat.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Bandai accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

Moore wants to stand up but Bandai is controlling him.

The ref is looking closely - Bandai is covering up but the punishment is just too much and the ref steps in to stop the fight! Bandai is staring into space, just thankful that the beatdown has ended. Brutal finish.
