Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Tugg Speedman (ranked 1980 p4p, 251 weight class) and Alex Parker (ranked 3682 p4p, 417 weight class). Speedman comes to the cage accompanied by Run Through The Jungle by Creedence Clearwater Revival. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Speedman shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Parker but Parker pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Parker tries a quick counter leg kick but Speedman is wise to it.

No luck for Speedman with that takedown attempt.
Parker doesn't fully commit to the body shot counter.
Speedman looks for a takedown but Parker sprawls well.

and Parker counters with a nice right hand that sends Speedman toppling to the canvas! Speedman scrambles and gets back to his feet - can Parker finish him?!

Tugg Speedman seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Speedman misses with a takedown attempt - Parker sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.

and Parker counters with a huge left! Speedman is in big trouble! He's backing up but Parker isn't giving him chance to recover. Under a barage of punches the ref has to step in to save Speedman from any more damage. A dominating finish by Parker!
