Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Gustavo Carvalho (ranked 1067 p4p, 127 weight class) and Repa Tiitti (ranked 1736 p4p, 202 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying Tiitti's choice of entrance music: AC/DC Back in Black . Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tiitti tries to clinch there but Carvalho circles away.
Tiitti has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Carvalho.
Tiitti has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.
Tiitti tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.

and Carvalho counters with a nice double leg into half guard.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.

Tiitti has hold of Carvalho's hands but Carvalho slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow.
Carvalho thows a huge punch but Tiitti dodges it nicely.
Carvalho is scoring with some nice ground and pound from the dominant position.
Carvalho content to sit in half guard and control for a moment.
Tiitti is looking to control Carvalho's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Tiitti avoid being mounted?

Tiitti is in a horrible position here. Carvalho smacks him with another shot as he tries to escape the position.

Tiitti sneaks a leg back under and regains half guard and is working straight away to try and get back to guard. He hasn't managed just yet though.
Tiitti is still in real trouble! Can Carvalho finish him?

Tiitti seems to have recovered his senses.
