Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Mindless Wrecking Ball (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Shaun Perex (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Perex has chosen Soilder as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Perex tries to close the distance and clinch up but Wrecking Ball swats him away and circles back towards the center.

Perex fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Wrecking Ball, pushing him back against the cage.

Perex has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics Wrecking Ball uses from the top position.
Wrecking Ball knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Perex on the ground.

Perex had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. Wrecking Ball is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. Perex Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take Wrecking Ball's back instead.
