The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Stanfield fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.
Stanfield darts in trying to clinch
and Roy Roy counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Stanfield tries for a takedown but Roy Roy circles away easily
and Roy Roy counters into the clinch. Nicely done.
A nice left hand lands by Roy Roy.
Stanfield tries to pull guard but Roy Roy won't allow it.
A right hook to the body lands for Stanfield.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Stanfield wants to stall.

Roy Roy lands an uppercut.

Stanfield is trying to pull guard but Roy Roy turns him against the cage and we stay in the clinch.

Roy Roy drops Stanfield onto one knee with a big uppercut from the clinch! Stanfield is propped up by the cage and works his way back to his feet!
Roy Roy loads up on a right hand - it lands flush and knocks Stanfield senseless! What a punch!

After the fight, Rey Roy Roy was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
