Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between George Betadyne (ranked 4721 p4p, 459 weight class) and Dylan Peterson (ranked 6472 p4p, 555 weight class). I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Dylan Peterson was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Betadyne is defended easily by Peterson.

The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Peterson connects with a nice short shot to Betadyne's temple.

Peterson is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Betadyne doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Peterson.
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.

Peterson is sitting in half guard. He's postured up and lands a nice elbow. Oh, Betadyne is hurt! He's hurt bad - Peterson fires away with more strikes and the referee jumps in to save Betadyne from any more punishment! Congratulations to Peterson! Great finish!
