The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Giant loads up on a big right hand but SuperHeavyWeight slips the punch.

SuperHeavyWeight ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.

Giant throws a lazy uppercut
and SuperHeavyWeight counters with a straight right hand.

It looks like Giant Giant has been cut.
Giant missing with a left hand there. SuperHeavyWeight was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.

Giant swings away with a counter right hand but no contact made.

A little jabbing left from Giant on the counter but it doesn't find it's target.
SuperHeavyWeight lunges at Giant with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Giant's hand.

SuperHeavyWeight throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Giant throws an overhand right that lands on SuperHeavyWeight's shoulder, as SuperHeavyWeight tries to avoid the shot.
Giant lands a jab to SuperHeavyWeight's midsection.
SuperHeavyWeight avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Giant cracks SuperHeavyWeight with a right hand to the side of the head.
SuperHeavyWeight moves out of range as Giant strikes.
Giant lands a straight punch to the body, keeping SuperHeavyWeight at a distance.

SuperHeavyWeight looks to land a left hand but Giant moved out of range nicely.
Giant has done a lot of speed work in the buildup to this fight.
SuperHeavyWeight throws a hard body shot but it just misses.

Giant throws a big shot that misses.

SuperHeavyWeight cracks Giant with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. SuperHeavyWeight has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Giant to stand back up!

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

It seemed like Giant was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it.
Giant looks to land a combination but SuperHeavyWeight avoids it well.

SuperHeavyWeight steps in with a hook that catches Giant right on the chin and knocks him to the floor! SuperHeavyWeight follows him down with more strikes and that's all she wrote! Giant looks absolutely devastated.
