PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Bocky Ralboa (ranked 8294 p4p, 644 weight class) and Inoye Nayuoe (ranked 7936 p4p, 634 weight class). Ralboa comes to the cage accompanied by No Easy Way Out. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ralboa looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.

Ralboa is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.
Nayuoe slips effortlessly into side control - very nice.

Ralboa has an omoplata and is looking to use it perhaps as a submission or perhaps to transition. Nayuoe is in a bit of discomfort here, but he's managed to free himself and has dived into side control! That didn't work out too well for Ralboa.

Nayuoe wants to lay and pray for a moment but Ralboa keeps working.
If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup.
Ralboa pushes Nayuoe away and creates a bit of space to escape. He's almost out here... but no, Nayuoe gets a good hold of his legs and remains firmly in side control.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.
Ralboa shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Nayuoe but Nayuoe pushes him off and we're back to square one.

Inoye Nayuoe showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
