Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Arjan Boudewijn (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Abe Ward (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Boudewijn's entrance music is The Search for the Holy Grail. A fine choice. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Boudewijn keeps the fight on the outside.
A chopping leg kick lands by Boudewijn.
Ward looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Boudewijn is fending him off so far but Ward persists. Nope, Boudewijn circles away and we're back to standing.
Ward ducks under a wild hook from Boudewijn.

Ward shoots for a takedown but Boudewijn saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Ward shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Boudewijn pinned against the cage. Boudewijn gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Boudewijn throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.

Well Boudewijn has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
