Llamas doesn't succeed with the takedown

and Edwards counters into the clinch. Nicely done.
Llamas tries to work over Edwards's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target.

Llamas attempts a leg kick but it's missed by a good margin.
Edwards looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Edwards tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Llamas defends well and Edwards ends up having to push Llamas into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.

Llamas postures up in Edwards's guard and throws a big left but Edwards blocks it.
Edwards looking to hit a scissor sweep but Llamas is one step ahead there.

We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.

The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. He just wasn't happy with the level of activity.
Llamas defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Edwards.

Llamas fires out a quick counter leg kick but Edwards just manages to avoid it.

Llamas tries to close the distance and clinch but Edwards swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Llamas tries to score a power double leg takedown but Edwards sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Llamas somewhat.
Llamas lets his hands go wild with a nice combination. Left! Right! Uppercut! Spinning backfist! Edwards goes down and covers up as Llamas starts wailing on him! The ref watches the action closely before stepping in and putting a stop to the fight!
