Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Henrique Ramos (ranked 915 p4p, 109 weight class) and Daft Young (ranked 1076 p4p, 131 weight class). Ramos comes to the cage accompanied by Sepultura - Nomad. Young has chosen Harder, Better, Faster, Stronger as his entrance music. Daft Young has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 24 - 18 - 0, fighting out of London, Daft Young!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ramos does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.
Ramos sets himself, and Young steps forward looking for the clinch! Ramos avoids it this time.
Young connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt.
Young tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Ramos throws a wild body kick that Young sees coming a mile off.
Ramos looks to score with a jab to the body but Young is just out of range.
Young throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Ramos.
Ramos lands a really nice looking cross but Young seems unphased.
Young throws a looping overhand right but Ramos ducks down to avoid it.
As Young tries to get set, Ramos tries to push him back and clinch up but Young manages to avoid the attempt.
Young ducks down and throws a hook to the body.
Ramos is on the wrong end of a nice combination from Young.
Young lands with a head kick! That's gotta hurt.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Ramos avoids the head kick by Young.
Young lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin.

Ramos is rocked!
Young's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Ramos connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Young scrambles back to his feet.
Oh Ramos is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Ramos takes one on the chin but seems OK.
Young jabs at Ramos's body.
Ramos fakes a jab and throws a low kick but Young checks it well.
Ramos seems to have got his legs back now.
Henrique Ramos seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Young looks to score with a jab to the body but Ramos is just out of range.

Young just misses with a punch to the body.
Young tries to close the distance and clinch up but Ramos swats him away and circles back towards the center.
A head kick from Young lands but Ramos takes it in his stride.
Ramos lands a really nice looking cross but Young seems unphased.
Ramos uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Young.
Young lands with a kick to the temple. Ramos shrugs as if to say "is that all you've got?"
A lazy body kick from Ramos
and Young scores with a counter punch that sends Ramos to the canvas! Young smells blood - he's punishing Ramos with more strikes and the ref has stopped it! Ramos has no idea where he is - he's tackled the ref... oh dear, poor guy, the crowd is in hysterics!
