Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Mario Jones (ranked 1482 p4p, 180 weight class) and Ramsay Darrow (ranked 2062 p4p, 242 weight class). Jones comes to the cage accompanied by Quando Quando Quando. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Darrow tries to close the distance and clinch but Jones swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Darrow throws a jab when Jones was well out of range.
A quick step to the side and Jones tries to counter with a shot to the body but it doesn't connect.
Darrow paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.
Darrow scores with a jab.
Darrow lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Jones at a distance.
Nice defenses there by Jones.
And Jones counters with a quick kick to the body but Darrow blocks it.
Darrow lands a head shot.
Darrow throws a lazy right hand but Jones sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Darrow throws out a loose jab but Jones uses good head movement to avoid it.
Jones wants to take advantage of his opponent's missed offense by moving into the clinch.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Jones misses with an uppercut.
Jones throws a decent looking leg kick but it doesn't land clean.
Jones throws a right hand that Darrow ducks under and follows up with a left that Darrow also avoids with ease.
Darrow throws out a powerful jab.
Jones looking to throw a kick but he's pulled out of it.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Darrow scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice.
Darrow wants to lay and pray for a moment but Jones keeps working.
Darrow is trying to get an arm triangle but Jones is defending well.
Jones wants to control the position but that's not easy when your opponent is in side control! Darrow seems to be going for some sort of submission here. Hard to say what - oh, it's a Brabo choke! He's got it! Jones is tapping! Wow, great finish!
