And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

10 - 2 - 0, fighting out of New York, Caniel Dormier!
The judges for this bout are Daniel Franklin, Gwen Towbar and Stewart Dunkirk.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Coburn lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Dormier at a distance.
Coburn getting the better of the striking in that exchange.
Dormier looks for a takedown but Coburn sprawls well.
Dormier closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so.
Dormier goes for a double leg but Coburn avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Coburn continues to drive forward.
Dormier gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily
and Coburn cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Kevin Coburn has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Caniel Dormier.
Dormier fails with a takedown attempt.
Coburn lands a left and a right that send Dormier crashing to the mat, dazed. Coburn thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!
Dormier is rocked!
It looks like Caniel Dormier has been cut.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Coburn lands with a nice body punch.
Dormier is still on wobbly legs! Can Coburn finish him?
Coburn lands hard precision jab right on the jaw that stiffens Dormier up and sends him tumbling to the mat! The ref grabs Coburn from behind before he can pounce. Some folks in the crowd didn't like that stoppage, but I saw Dormier's eyes roll way back in his head, he was done.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:52 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Kevin Coburn!
