The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ali shoots in but Mosley avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Mosley on the wrong end of a nice jab.
Taufik Ali seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
No luck for Ali with that takedown attempt.
It looked like Mosley was looking amped, ready to throw a big counter but didn't commit.
Ali throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Mosley's waist but Mosley gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Ali off to one side.
Mosley is looking to counter the offense by Ali and move into the clinch.
Norberto Mosley has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Taufik Ali.
