The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Morais has his takedown stuffed

and Gregory decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Morais's guard.
Gregory cracks Morais with a solid left hand.

Gregory is trying to work for a kimura. This could be trouble! No, Morais has managed to free his arm - good work.
Morais has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Gregory is working away from the top position though.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.

Gregory is controlling the pace.

Gregory takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.

Morais bucks up and manages to get a nice reversal! He's in guard on the top - nicely done!

Morais has his feet on Gregory's thighs here. He's pushed Gregory off and worked for a very quick armbar from the bottom! He's flipped onto his stomach and he's cranking hard on the arm! Gregory screams in pain and taps out! This one is all over!
