Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between William Head (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Leroy Brown (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Head closes the distance and clinches.
Head taking a break, stalling in the clinch.
Head tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Brown smiles and moves away.

Head rushes Brown and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.
Brown stops a takedown attempt from Head.
Brown gets underhooks to prevent Head's takedown attempt.

Brown wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee.
Head tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Brown just stands there and leans against the cage.
Brown wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Head has him pressed against the cage.

Head has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics Brown uses from the top position.

Head swings around for an armbar but it's a sloppy attempt and Brown is now in Head's guard. A big mistake from Head there, giving up the dominant position!

Brown wants to get up but he can't break Head's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here.

Brown fakes a jab and throws a low kick but Head checks it well.
Leroy Brown seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Brown swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.

Head shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Head was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!

Head shoots in looking for a takedown. Brown tries to sprawl out of it but Head keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Brown manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

Head takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.

Head drops his hands momentarily and Brown takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.

Head takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

Head moves forwards but Brown connects with a nice, crisp jab.

Leroy Brown showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. This is the final round!

Brown cracks Head with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.

William Head overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
