PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Jah Wobble (ranked 5810 p4p, 554 weight class) and Hardis Fabien (ranked 4250 p4p, 453 weight class). Wobble comes to the cage accompanied by Passage to Hades. Hardis Fabien will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Wobble shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Wobble showed some decent athleticism there.

We've been informed that Fabien has been working hard on his conditioning in the buildup to the fight.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
Wobble is taking a breather. Fabien says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something.

The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Fabien goes for a double leg but Wobble avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Wobble continues to drive forward.
Wobble shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Fabien pinned against the cage. Fabien gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Wobble bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.

Fabien throws his opponent off and manages to get back to his feet! Nicely done!
Fabien pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces Wobble back to the cage. Fabien follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
