Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Baron Brady (ranked 2002 p4p, 217 weight class) and Doug Bell (ranked 1811 p4p, 194 weight class). The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 7 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Baron Brady!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 7 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Doug Bell!
The judges for this bout are Frank Dennis, Chris Downing and Tiny Johnson.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Brady misses with a jab, cross combination.
Bell throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.
Brady shoots in looking for a takedown. Bell tries to sprawl out of it but Brady keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Bell manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Bell throws a shot to the body.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Bell lunges at Brady with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Brady's hand.
Brady looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.

Bell rushes Brady and presses him up against the cage.

Bell breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Brady lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Bell has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Bell and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.
Bell let fly with a counter punch to the body but it didn't land.
Donk. Bell catches Brady right on the button with a cross.
Bell misses with a body shot.
Brady definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
Baron Brady seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Bell slips a jab from Brady.
Bell with a body punch. A glancing blow.
The fighters circle momentarily. Bell darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.
Bell avoids the body shot from Brady.
Bell lands with a cross.
Doug Bell is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Brady throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Brady tries for a takedown but Bell sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Bell bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Bell steps in with a hook that catches Brady right on the chin and knocks him to the floor! Bell follows him down with more strikes and that's all she wrote! Brady looks absolutely devastated.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:10 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Doug Bell!
