And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Gregory Folan, Trevor Gratis and Dillan Fox.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dangerous Jr wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
Dangerous Jr lands a kick to the ribs of his opponent. Nice work there - in and out in a flash.
Dangerous Jr throws out a loose jab but Damballah uses good head movement to avoid it.
Dangerous Jr looks to land a combination but Damballah avoids it well.
Damballah gets in close and instigates a clinch.
Damballah misses with some punches.
A head punch blocked on the inside by Dangerous Jr.
Damballah misses with a hook to the ribs.
Damballah is trying to pull guard but being pressed up against the cage enables Dangerous Jr to keep the fight standing.
Damballah tried to land a shot to the body but connects with Dangerous Jr's elbow.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Dangerous Jr works on Damballah's body with a couple of short punches.
Damballah gets the body lock takedown. After a quick scramble, Dangerous Jr regains guard.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Damballah sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Dangerous Jr's guard.

Damballah in half guard on the top. He's looking for a kimura... He's got it locked and he's managed to free his trapped foot. Dangerous Jr tries to escape but it's on too tight and he has to tap! Great BJJ skills there from Damballah!

El Misterioso Damballah decided to hype himself up post fight. It was going well but he went on about it a bit too long and the crowd turned on him a little.
