Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Reyes Bucanerro (ranked 23856 p4p, 852 weight class) and Tomas Tybak (ranked 25365 p4p, 817 weight class). Well, I have no idea who's going to take this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 4 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Reyes Bucanerro!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Tomas Tybak!
The judges for this bout are Anthony Taglia, John Kavanagh and Jonathan Paton.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bucanerro fails to land the takedown.
Tybak misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.

Tybak is looking to control Bucanerro's arms but Bucanerro gets an underhook and turns him. Now Tybak has his back to the cage.
Tybak throws an elbow that misses.

Bucanerro stops a takedown attempt from Tybak.

Tybak tries to close the distance and clinch but Bucanerro swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.

Tybak shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Bucanerro counters with a big head kick but Tybak shrugs it off.
Bucanerro shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.

Tybak is breathing heavily.
Tybak throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Bucanerro's waist but Bucanerro gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Tybak off to one side.

Bucanerro takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

Tybak shoots in looking for a takedown. Bucanerro tries to sprawl out of it but Tybak keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Bucanerro manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

Bucanerro seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Tybak for as long as he can get away with.

Tybak is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Bucanerro defends well.
We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.
