The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tigiev scores with a nice strike.
Tigiev scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Silva doesn't seem bothered though.
Silva tries for a takedown but Tigiev circles away easily
and Tigiev counters with a straight right hand.

It looks like Rodrigo Silva has been cut.
Silva throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Tigiev's waist but Tigiev gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Silva off to one side.
Silva shoots in for a takedown but Tigiev shows good takedown defense.
Sarmat Tigiev has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Rodrigo Silva.
Tigiev changes levels and scores with a jab to the body.
