Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between James Lang (ranked 863 p4p, 95 weight class) and Bob Knocksville (ranked 2735 p4p, 292 weight class). Lang comes to the cage accompanied by Planet Rock. Knocksville has chosen One by One as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Both fighters look pumped up here. Let's hope this is a good fight!

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

8 - 6 - 1, fighting out of London, Bob Knocksville!
The judges for this bout are Stewart Dunkirk, Gwen Towbar and Alan Glass.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lang misses with a wild body shot.
Knocksville tries a counter takedown but it's more of a dummy move, and he uses it to push himself away.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!
Knocksville has his takedown stuffed
and Lang counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Knocksville thinking.
Lang lands with a shot to the body.
Lang throws a right and a left that Knocksville avoids nicely.
No luck with that takedown attempt from Knocksville.
Knocksville will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.

Lang has scooted to the edge of the canvas and used the cage to get back to his feet. Knocksville has stuck on his opponent and is forcing him back against the cage.
Knocksville is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though.
Knocksville changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Lang fights it off and pushes away nicely.
Lang lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent.
Lang throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
And Knocksville tries to counter it with a takedown but Lang pushes his down on his head and steps out.
Knocksville throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Lang's waist but Lang gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Knocksville off to one side.
Lang takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.
Knocksville avoids the body shot from Lang.
Knocksville moves into the clinch successfully.
Knocksville gets a trip takedown into half guard.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

Lang's coaches at Roosters Coop have been working on his defensive grappling in preparation for this fight so let's see if he can get out of this tricky position.

Lang trying desperately to get back to his feet here but he's not having any joy at all. He's going to tire himself out if he's not careful.
Knocksville is pressing down on Lang's thigh, looking to free his foot. Lang is holding on for now.

Oooooh!!! Lang has knocked Knocksville down with a huge combo! Lang steps away and waves a wobbly Knocksville back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!

That has opened up Bob Knocksville's cut even more.
Lang looks to score with a jab to the body but Knocksville is just out of range.

Lang manages to create a bit of space in order to work his way back to his feet. Knocksville keeps hold of his opponent and drives him back against the cage.

Lang kicks off Knocksville and gets to his feet.
Lang scores with a nice strike.

The cut above Bob Knocksville's eye is starting to cause him problems now.
Lang throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.
Knocksville looking to score a takedown here. Lang is defending well but Knocksville drives through and ends up in Lang's guard.
Lang has butterfly guard. He's looking to stand up here. He pushes Knocksville off him and springs to his feet nicely. The crowd applauds.
Lang jabs Knocksville to the body, keeping him at a distance.
Lang throws a series of punches but Knocksville avoids them all with ease.
Lang is looking to wear down Knocksville with body shots, infact he's throwing more body shots than head shots at the moment.
Lang lands a slapping body shot.
Lang cracks Knocksville with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd.

Lang ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Knocksville moves away.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Knocksville is defended easily by Lang.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Lang misses with a wild combination.
Knocksville lets it all go there with a big combo counter but none of the punches connected.
Lang lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Knocksville circles away quickly and effectively.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
James Lang dominated that round.

That's time! Lang's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.
Knocksville avoids the body shot from Lang.
It really doesn't seem like the step up in weight is hurting Lang here at all. He's more than holding his own against the bigger man.
Knocksville shoots in for a double leg but Lang sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.

Lang sends Knocksville crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! Lang is motioning to the referee to let Knocksville up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet!

Lang closes the distance and lands a crisp combination that knocks Knocksville out cold! Knocksville corner are devastated, head in hands behind our commentary position. Poor guys.
