Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Leighton Davis (ranked 5168 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jason Jefferies (ranked 24074 p4p, 0 weight class). Jefferies has chosen King Of The Underdogs as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The judges for this bout are Elvis Blanc, Gregory Folan and Dillan Fox.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Davis throws a nice looking combination but Jefferies bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Davis looks to throw the jab but Jefferies is out of range.
Jefferies gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily
and Davis counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Davis swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
We're hearing some news coming in from back stage. It's official - Jefferies has eaten all the pies!
Jefferies is looking to clinch but Davis is avoiding it.
Sloppy strikes from Davis. Those never looked like landing.
Jefferies tries to counter by closing the distance.
Davis misses with a looping left.
Jefferies dives in and grabs Davis's left leg, looking for a takedown. Davis pushes down on Jefferies's head and hops out.

Davis throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Jefferies sees it coming and avoids it easily.

Davis leaves Jefferies with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Davis lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!
Jefferies slips a jab and a cross from Davis.
Davis fails to land with a series of punches.
Jefferies looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it.
Davis lands with a straight right. Jefferies didn't see that one coming.
Davis misses with a hook. Jefferies ducked under it nicely.
Jefferies takes a shot to the body in his stride.
This has been an exciting period of action!

It looked like Davis was looking amped, ready to throw a big counter but didn't commit.

It looks like Davis has been trying to sharpen up his punching technique, as it looks crisper than last time we saw him.

Davis throws an overhand right that lands on Jefferies's shoulder, as Jefferies tries to avoid the shot.

Davis throws a hook to the side of Jefferies's head but Jefferies sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.

As Jefferies looks to move away, Davis throws a big counter combo but Jefferies just gets out of the way.

Davis stuffs the takedown attempt from Jefferies. Jefferies gets slowly back to his feet.

Jefferies tries to counter with a clinch but Davis shakes him off and moves away.
Jefferies uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Davis.
Jefferies now looks to counter with a shot at the body.
Davis throws a looping overhand right but Jefferies ducks down to avoid it.
Jefferies closes this distance looking for a takedown but Davis circles away.

Jefferies misses with a takedown attempt - Davis sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Jefferies shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Davis defends it nicely.
Jefferies with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Davis to score with a decent uppercut.
Davis lands a glancing blow to the side of Jefferies's head.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Davis will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Davis misses with the combination.
Jefferies shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Davis but Davis pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Jefferies moves out of range of the strikes.
Davis lands a body shot.
And that�s the end of the round � the fighters go back to their corners.

That's time! Davis's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.
Davis swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Jefferies.
Jefferies shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Davis defends it nicely.
Jefferies tries for a takedown but Davis sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Davis connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Jefferies's hands.
Jefferies closes the distance and clinches up with Davis, looking for a takedown. Jefferies pushes Davis against the cage but Davis circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Leighton Davis has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Jason Jefferies.

OH! Jefferies has been rocked by a huge right hand and is in deep trouble! Davis smells blood and charges in for the finish! Davis unloads a vicious overhand right and connects to the jaw of Jefferies sending him face first to the canvas! Unbelievable!
