Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Wolfgang Muller (ranked 1933 p4p, 210 weight class) and Haider Ali (ranked 2804 p4p, 295 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
5 - 2 - 0, fighting out of New York, Wolfgang Muller!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
8 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Haider Ali!
The judges for this bout are Roger Salmon, Micheangelo Fripello and Chris Saunders.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A looping hook to the body misses from Muller. Ali does a little dance to reset his feet.
Ali was about to counter that last move with a leg kick but changes his mind.
Ali tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Muller paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Ali uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Muller.
Ali takes one on the chin but keeps coming.
It looks like Haider Ali has been cut.
Muller misses with a hook to the body
and Ali counters with a three punch combo that has Muller backing up. Muller nods at Ali to acknowledge the strikes.
Muller misses with an uppercut
and Ali counters with a right hand to the body.
Wolfgang Muller seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
A jab from Ali finds it's way through Muller's defenses.
A left lands for Muller.
Ali throws a leg kick but Muller moved away.
Ali is looking to chop away at Muller's legs.
Muller just misses with a punch to the body.

Ali bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut.

and Ali counters with a lovely straight right hand!

and Muller counters with an inside leg kick.
Muller throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Ali.
Ali swings away with a counter right hand but no contact made.
Ali forces Muller back against the cage and clinches.
A head punch blocked on the inside by Muller.
Ali lands a nice uppercut.
Muller is trying to stall.
Muller's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.

and Ali counters with a straight right hand.
Ali avoids the body shot from Muller.

Ali thows a left - swing and a miss!
Muller misses with a jab to the body
and Ali counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Ali takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.
Muller throws out a loose jab but Ali uses good head movement to avoid it.
Muller scores with a spinning back kick!
Ali looks winded!
Muller misses with a few strikes there.
Ali now looks to counter with a shot at the body.
Muller throws out a powerful jab.
Muller just misses with a punch to the body.
Muller tried to score with a low kick but Ali checks it.

A little jabbing left from Ali on the counter but it doesn't find it's target.
Muller swings and misses with a shot to the body
and Ali counters with an inside leg kick.
Ali scores with a sloppy right hand. Muller should have avoided that one.
Muller throws a shot to the body.
Muller looks to score with a jab to the body but Ali is just out of range.
Muller scores with a jab to the jaw of his opponent.
Ali feints and then cracks Muller's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Muller down.
Muller is looking to wear down Ali with body shots, infact he's throwing more body shots than head shots at the moment.
Muller cracks the inside of Ali's front leg.
Muller throws a good cross that connects.
Good exchange - Ali coming out on top.

Muller misses with a lunging right hand
and Ali counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Ali scoring well with a low kick there.
We've been told by Muller's head coaches at The Studio that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.
Muller drops Ali with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Ali looks back up at him and smiles so Muller waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.
Ali is rocked!
That has opened up Haider Ali's cut even more.
Muller steps in with a hook that catches Ali right on the chin and knocks him to the floor! Muller follows him down with more strikes and that's all she wrote! Ali looks absolutely devastated.
