Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Thomas Chatillon (ranked 3058 p4p, 152 weight class) and Nobunaga Tanaka (ranked 1535 p4p, 75 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

With a record of 4 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Nobunaga Tanaka!
The judges for this bout are Anni Minnemäki, Marco Blurström and Johanna Lukiainen.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tanaka wants to clinch up but Chatillon keeps it at a distance.
Chatillon closes the distance and clinches up with Tanaka, looking for a takedown. Chatillon pushes Tanaka against the cage but Tanaka circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Tanaka fails with an attempt to clinch.
Tanaka throws a leg kick but Chatillon sees it coming and checks it nicely.
We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that Tanaka has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat.

Tanaka ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Tanaka no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Chatillon has a momentary lapse of concentration, allowing Tanaka to throw up a leg and lock on what appears to be a pretty tight triangle! Chatillon is fighting it off but it's all too little too late - Tanaka pulls down on the head and he's put Chatillon to sleep! This one is all over!
