Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Eye Crap (ranked 4606 p4p, 0 weight class) and Egyptian Embalmer (ranked 1150 p4p, 0 weight class). Embalmer has chosen Katy Perry - Dark Horse ft. Juicy J as his entrance music. The key to victory for Eye Crap has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Embalmer fails with the takedown
and Embalmer takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.

Embalmer closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Embalmer lands in his opponent's guard.
Embalmer wants to pass the guard but Crap is keeping the position.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

Crap tries to kick Embalmer off but Embalmer keeps his base steady and stays in half guard.

Embalmer is scoring with some nice ground and pound from the dominant position.
The referee calls for the fighters to work.
Embalmer has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
Embalmer frees up his trapped foot and advances to mount.

Embalmer takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.
Embalmer throws some wild stikes that Crap manages to avoid easily.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Crap avoids a series of strikes thrown by Embalmer.
Crap knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Embalmer on the ground.
BOOM! Embalmer connects with a massive shot to the dome!
Embalmer cracks Crap with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.
Embalmer lands a big shot there that rocks Crap but he's holding on and managing to survive for now.

Crap is rocked!

Embalmer has hold of Crap's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Crap manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.
Oh Crap is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
Crap is in a horrible position here. Embalmer smacks him with another shot as he tries to escape the position.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.

Embalmer is working to isolate an arm here. It's a telegraphed submission attempt but he's gone for it anyway - and he's got it! Embalmer extends the arm and Crap is forced to tap!
