The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Adedji moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.
Tzovalzeck misses with an uppercut
and Adedji counters with a straight right hand.
Tzovalzeck takes a body punch but keeps moving.

Adedji closes the distance and pushes Tzovalzeck back into the cage.
Tzovalzeck wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.
Adedji throws a punch but it's blocked by Tzovalzeck.

Tzovalzeck is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though.

Tzovalzeck escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Tzovalzeck swings and misses with a shot to the body
and Adedji connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Tzovalzeck throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Adedji sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Tzovalzeck throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Tzovalzeck throws a jab but it's blocked by Adedji.
Tzovalzeck bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Tzovalzeck ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Adedji moves away.

and Adedji counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.

and Adedji holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch.
Oh Tzovalzeck is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
We've been informed that Adedji has been sparring a lot of Muay Thai in the buildup to this fight so let's see if that has an impact on the result.

Adedji has Tzovalzeck pressed up against the cage in a tight Thai clinch. Tzovalzeck is arching his back, trying to avoid the knees but a big one sneaks through from Adedji - that's hurt Tzovalzeck badly! Oh, another knee lands and Tzovalzeck is covering up! The referee steps in to save him - possibly a bit early but Tzovalzeck doesn't seem to be complaining.
