Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Alexey Juravlev (ranked 1277 p4p, 146 weight class) and Akamai Hoi (ranked 2296 p4p, 269 weight class). Hoi has chosen Blood Red Sky as his entrance music. The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Hoi shoots in for a takedown but Juravlev shows good takedown defense.

Hoi changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Juravlev tries to avoid it but Hoi manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Juravlev to the ground. Juravlev escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

Hoi shoots for a double leg takedown but Juravlev sprawls well. He's pushed Hoi's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.

Juravlev bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Hoi's head.

Juravlev cracks Hoi with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage.
Juravlev throws a right and a left that Hoi avoids nicely.

and Juravlev cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Hoi with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Juravlev to score with a decent uppercut.
Juravlev throws a nice looking combination but Hoi bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
