The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

and Mayoniko counters with a nice double leg into side control. Jackson won't be happy with that.
Jackson seems a little lost for a moment, as Mayoniko dominates the positioning.

Mayoniko looks like he's working for a submission but he's not found anything just yet.
Mayoniko is dominating on the ground here - he's now on his opponent's back, looking to sink in the hooks. Jackson is in real trouble.
Jackson really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Mayoniko. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Mayoniko is staying calm and holding on to the back position, whilst working on a rear naked choke. Jackson is defending well though. Mayoniko let's go of the attempt for now.
