Paniki has not gone for a single takedown so far in this fight, which seems like a very strange tactic when you consider that he has the superior wrestling and BJJ.

Paniki lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Steve circles away quickly and effectively.
Oh Paniki is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Paniki drops his hands momentarily and Steve takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.

Paniki walks straight into a right hand from Steve - that's dropped him! Steve jumps into mount and starts pounding away - can he finish?! More strikes go undefended and the referee has to dive in to save Paniki from any more punishment! Paniki complains about the stoppage but falls over as he tries to stand back up, so it was clearly a good stoppage.
