Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Tim Fraiser!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Daryl Abbott!
The judges for this bout are , Timothy Bukovac and Jack Bonds.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Abbott tries to clinch up.
Abbott tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Abbott tries to clinch but Fraiser moves out of range.

Excellent takedown into side control there by Fraiser.

Fraiser goes for an armbar here - this could be all over! But no, Abbott has escaped beautifully and is now on top in side control! Oh, that's unlucky for Fraiser but great work by Abbott.
Abbott really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Fraiser. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Fraiser manages to work his way to half guard, despite Abbott's best efforts.
Fraiser moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard.
Abbott wants to stand but Fraiser has a closed guard, so he can't escape.

Fraiser is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.
Fraiser is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.

Fraiser wants to sweep here but Abbott controlling him for the moment.
Abbott tries to free his leg and advance position but Fraiser is retaining full guard.

Abbott looking to improve position, pressing down on Fraiser's thigh with his hand. Fraiser seems to be working to lock up a guilotine though... is Abbott paying attention? Apparently not! He's locked it up tight! Abbott's face has turned purple! Will he tap? Will he! YES! He's tapped! Fraiser picked his opening and made it count! Great finish!
